Narrow down opportunities using sector, geography, deal size, EBITDA, growth profile, and other strategic filters to find the right fit.
Phase 2 — Evaluation & Interest
Evaluate shortlisted opportunities through the match.asia listing which highlights preliminary business information, unique selling points and reason for transaction.
Indicate your interest in the selected opportunity directly on the listing page by clicking "Contact Seller". The match.asia deal execution team will reach out on next steps.
Phase 3 — Engagement
match.asia deal execution team will provide further information and set up a call to discuss the opportunity, strategic fit, buyer suitability, and next steps.
Complete Buyer T&Cs to proceed further in the process. match.asia team will seek name clearance with Seller at this stage.
Upon confirmation, you will be formally introduced to the seller and relevant management stakeholders.
Phase 4 — Closing
Upon mutual interest post-introduction and signing NDA, further detailed information will be shared for your initial due diligence.
After DD, you can submit a letter of intent to kick-off full due diligence with end-to-end support from the match.asia team.
Finalize transaction terms, complete documentation, and move toward successful deal completion with full support from the match.asia team.
